how can I add attributes to one item of player?
example
golden boots
i wanna give it +10 skill Sword but ONLY ONE GOLDEN BOOTS WITH THIS ATTRIBUTES
if there's more g boots, only this one is edit
how can I edit only ONE item attributes?

you can't set attributes such as skill boosts, element resistances, magic levels etc.
you can but there will be no effect, player's stats won't be updated
