Auto Restart Help "Not responding"

Hello guys i need some help

i have a autorestarter but it dont close the window that come up when the server crash "Not Responding Window"
so wonder if there are any program that auto can close "not responding" window when it come up?
its a big problem when im not home and the server crash..

Finded some tutorials on google
Automatically close the non responding programs in Windows XP
but will this work for TFS? i cant test it .. i need to wait for it to crash to test it :/
