Suggestion Auto? Thread Already Exists

Well I have noticed LOTS, and I mean lots of threads with similar scripts, if not the same...

Suggestion:
Maybe if you are trying to make a thread, and the name consists something already created, then it will give a warning.

Possible Warning Examples?
1. "A similar thread aleady exists, please refer to the search function."
2. "A similar thread already exists, please look here --Thread Link --"
3. "A similar thread exists, but if you wish to continue, please report this to a moderator to have a look."

Just another idea to avoid major spam in LUA & XML Area. :thumbup:

It would be more useful when it will be used for more forums than only XML/LUA.
Then this system will search when a user creates a thread through Otlands database on a specific board.

So it can delete spam, double threads, redirect users to other threads with related questions.

However this will be probably take much time as the database is so big that it can take many minutes to search.

It can also be easily bypassed by just changing the title and what if the thread that already exists doesn't answer the user's question?

Why not, when you start a thread, you first get linked to a search function, if you dont find it you can press "Continue" and your thread will be made.
