Avesta connection issue

When I login with local ip(127.0.0.1) I can connect just fine, but when connecting with my global ip adess I can see the charlist but not connect. I can also fully connect and login with CipSoft client so I'm figuring its the RSA key but I'm kind of clueless how to change it.
My ports are also open and it works on TFS distro.

Any support is appreciated,
