Windows Avesta crash

My ot crashes on a regular basis and I get this error;
Assertion failed: outputmessage->getState() == OutputMessage::STATE_FREE, file ../outputmessage.cpp, line 225

I am using Avesta 0.6.1, does anyone know why?

It's because it's unstable. VERY unstable.

Where did you get the 0.6.1 from?
