Lua Balance HP and Mana

Anyone have script that balances the HP gain and Mana gain of each vocation? On my server it is not balanced, and I was hoping someone can come up with a script.

Balanced Hp/mana gain per lvl is:
30 hp/10 mana - Knight
20 hp/30 mana - Paladin
10 hp/50 mana - Mage (Sorc/Druid)

How is that balanced? Health + Mana of each voc suppose to be equal...
