Ban command.

I understand the fact that ctrl + Y (I dont remember it well but i think that it was ctrl + y) was removed due to a unknown bytes there or w/e problems you had with it, but why isn't there a default /ban command added yet? (its like 50 secs coding one yourself but thats not the point)

indeed... especially when chances are this will go on a RL Map server that'll be around for 2 weeks to make a quick bit of money before suddenly disappearing -.-

A /ban command was added to 0.2.8 in the same release as Ctrl + Y was removed.
