ban script and namelock script for 0.4

I need a ban script and namelock script for 0.4

How normal? you cant do rule violations anymore....
before rule violations i could change them ingame i just namedlock them but cant now becouse it dosent exist any more....

I think it should be with doPlayerAddBanishment or something like that.
Idk how to manage that function though :l
