Seems like you're only IP-banning him?
He might get a new IP when restarting the router/modem, use a normal character/account ban instead.

Well, it isn't so easy to change ip adress. you need to open CMD and put "release ip" and then restart PC Modem/Rauter.. and some stuff more..

Lol I'm using a modem. Every time i re-connect, I get a different IP (dynamic IP) So, I had to use No-Ip Dynamic DNS Service, and DNS Update Client.

Yah, I totally agree with Elox. Just simply ban his account.


Actually, it works to just ipban him all the time too, because, it takes longer for him to reset his modem/router all the time than it takes for you to just ipban him.
