Complaint Banishment - leaking private subversion?

I cannot see any type of similar complaints here so im not sure if its on right forum. Your are free to move it
So... few days ago im logging back and I'm banned - is there any way i can discuss this delicate matter with Talaturen? Because it's impossible that i did anything against rules. None broke into my computer, none stole my private subversion - so where can i pursue my rights.

Talaturen has the right to remove your donator status whenever he wants.

It is not possible to dispute banishments for leaking private material as these banishments are 100% accurate.
If you didn't publish it yourself, maybe someone used your account.

However, you can post here if you have a really strong argument.

Yeah but it was about me leaking prv subversion, not random banishment

Whats strong argument in your opinion? I didnt even download revision that i got sued for ;/? So how is it acctually accurate? I'm sure Talaturen can look into it again. Is it Talaturen who bans premium members ? Maybe some other mod make mistake? Waiting for more info, need TFS for my OTS ;(
