Ohai. I wanted to add a custom spell effect, I modified 2 files but I don't know how to compile the tfs. I have a normal dev cpp, but I guess some additional packages to it are required, links please, I searched in download section but these weren't working. When I will have dev cpp prepared do I have to open TheForgottenServer.dev and just press compile? Will I receive TheForgottenServer.exe ready to work? Ty for help, I throw rep.
