Battle Charge

Ok basically was i was trying to do was make a spell that when used if you have something targeted (monster, player) it will charge at it with possibly a fire effect behind the player that's charging, dmg the target and the user for 300.
If someone could help I would be very appreciative.
Im using the forgotten server mystic spirit if that helps any.

that just makes them charge in the direction they are facing, i wanted it to charge at your target
