Complaint Behaving of Moderator's

Dear Admin's

Well not all the Mod's but a few of them are really not behaving at their best..
Like They say something rude or something else..
Well if some1 say's something rude he get's his post removed+infraction i think the same should go with the moderator's

The mods is good, but there is some mods I don't like.

IMO, it should be something like this with rule violations which administrators should take care of:

1ste time = Post deletion;
2nd time = warning;
3rd time = Last warning
4th time = Removed from staff.

Moderators have their position because they wanted to help this forum in the first place.
