Best exp/mlvl/skill/spells etc.

So whats the best exp, mlvl , skill rate for a "100%" Real tibia map.

And then, Should players learn spells or should they know all already?

I would use exp stages, like my server, from 60 to 5x and they dshouldn't learn spells, mlvl should be set at 25x.
