Best firewall for windows-7 ?

I just woundering if some one knows about a good firewall for windows 7 ?

For Windows 7, The Sphynx Firewall Control Free version at Sphynx works well in conjunction with Windows Firewall, and it allows controlling outbound traffic.
The only downside is that rather than pause a connection while you set permissions, the connection is killed, necessitating a second connection attempt.
For anti-virus, Avira Free installs without issue and works well.
