Windows Best OS for hosting?

Im running XP 32bit atm, problem is.. They only supports 3gb RAM.
What are you guys using?

I use Windows 7 Ultimate on my gaming to host my test server and preferably my future public server. I use Windows XP 32 bit on my other computer to run tests for my serv. I would say if you want to run just a server my best opinion would be use Windows Server. If you want another OS then use Linux(need lots of coding knowledge to update server)

For Better And More Stable Hosting Use = Linux
For Windows Hosting Use = Windows Server 2008

not really if you have like a book with you you can work fine with it, I have downloaded Linux in a Nutshell which explains what does every command does and gives some example of usage, so learning is quit easy it just takes sometime to get used to specially if you don't like terminal/command-prompt.

About windows 7.. eh i was using that before but that OS were closing my OT all the time, then i read about it and lalalal windows 7 are closing any program that are using alot of cpu (coz it might be a virus) Dont u got any problem with that?
