It's just re-upload of the program that DarkstaR made (all credits go to him) to convert pictures to map. The first version was converting pictures into .otx, the second (this one) converts straight to .otbm. There's been a few posts asking for re-upload in 2019 (i know it's a loong time ago) but maybe someone wants to play with it or just needs it for a project.

Attached source as well as compiled .exe file. I've compiled the exe without any changes earlier today.
