Black ops help

Hello, I have Call of duty: Black ops at PC, and Single player works laggless! And multiplayer does too, but after 3 mins playing multiplayer the game freezes.......... I dont know why :S
I gotta turn off the game with CTRL+ALT+DEL




Please help!!

Black ops was developed for Xbox 360 and was poorly ported to PC, and PS3. These freezing problems have been and are still being addressed by Treyarch. Go to the Call of Duty: Black Ops Forums (callofduty.com) for all the latest news and updates.

Ye I have the latest patch and so on... I got that Device3ddevice9 present failed error what is that?

It worked perfect, but now I formated my PC and then it went the same error ONCE AGAIN! What's wrong now? -.-
