On real tibia there is protection zone, in this ots not.
Gonna confirm it, it happened yesterday, and today is also happening.
Details: He was definitely with a spellcaster bot, while blocking the entrance, "El Mago Poderoso" PMd me "he won't let me in", and this happened yesterday, so, as I may think, this is definitely someone with MC while his other char is inside the cave. What I suggest is to put this into protection zone, so we could pass through him.

That area should definitely be pz locked. You can enter the Sea Serpent cave with skull, but you can't leave it with skull. How stupid is that?

That area have protection zone. They added it after update
