Remove the ability to add tags to other people's blog posts.
Although it may be helpful if used correctly, it's not getting utilised and can easily be abused in some ways.
To prove my point, I have added the word 'stix' to about 3 other people's blog posts. Now, if those tags were to be on say 2 highly viewed blog posts not belonging to myself and someone was to click them; up would pop a list of my blog posts which also have the same tags.
Obviously, the abuser wouldn't do it to a mass number of blog posts or risk drowning out his own in the tag search, but you can see the potential here to become free blog advertising.
Feel free to remove my added tags to other people's blog posts - just making sure my point is clear with some practical examples at no-one's expense (come on, they're hardly popular blogs xD).
