Bluetooth Headset Microphone

So, I've received this Bluetooth headset as gift for my birthday: E55BT | Kabelloser Over-Ear-Kopfhörer

I would like to know what kind of adapter do I need to be able to use the built-in microphone in apps like Teamspeak or Discord.

Will the microphone from this headset work with my PC?

I personally don't like bluetooth, i got a pair of handsfree headphones but the bluetooth interferes with my network which i find a little weird.
Most modern computers have bluetooth already installed, so i would check with the manufacturer before buying additional products.
If you see this icon

on your taskbar or control panel then you already have bluetooth installed
