I need a -Boat- NPC for TFS 0.2 Please!

I've been told that the difference between TFS 0.2 and 0.3 are like the TV and the Radio, lol.

I tried using an NPC script for 0.3 in a 0.2 TFS and it didn't work.

If anyone can help me find just a regular boat npc for tfs 0.2 that would be awesome. I'll be sure to give Rep++.
