When i start my Roxor server abount 2 hours laiter i get an Broadcasted message whats says:

Do you want to donate to the server and get awesome donation items in reward? Buy your point in this link, you can donating by using SMS, Phone or paypal: http://Nixoria.hopto.org/index.php?subtopic=buypoints".

How do i delete this?

Husam is right, its in your data>npc> probably called broadcaster
