[BUG] Blood on rope spots

if there is a pool of blood etc on rope spot it ignores other items on the stack and allows player to go up only in otclient however is there any way to fix it?
that is server actions.lua if it makes any help

but normal client does not have this problem only OTC allows for this bypass why you moved this to support when its clearly otclient issue? xD
