BUG Coffin DH and wall

Guys my otserv have two bugs in Demon Helmet Quest, i want help

here how i move the scroll dont sumon four Demon, and i dont know where i go to resolve this. Any help?
the glow on the 4 pillar appears but dont respawn the Demons


and here the floor dont down and the wall in hall dont down too


any angel can help-me? very thanks!

I'm a beginner and actually I don't know which script corresponds to this quest. I even looked for the scripts but I didn't find it
