Bug on the thieves guild quest.

It's not a bug, simply you don't have to do that quest for anything and it's like you already got it completed automatically when you create your character.
Hope explained well, feel free to ask if you got more doubts.
 
If I already have this quest since the beginning of the character, then why can not I enter the room of the quest reward?
