TFS 0.X Bug report and Rule Violation channel Missing

Good morning people, everything fine? I have a question: my server (OTX 2) has ctrl + z to report bugs and ctrl + r to report rule violations, but I can't figure out where these reports go. No window appears on GOD, can someone help me understand the system and, if necessary, fix it? 7.72 Protocol.

Have this issue but in Tfs 1.5 I have viewed changes and everything seems to be according to but when a player press ctrl + R appears a wigdet where it has to wirte whatever and the it gets closed and a rule violation channels appear where you'll receive the following message

but notthing gets created in reports folder
