Bug With Database

I have bug in my server. This bug crash my ots;/ in log i have this

mysql_store_result(): SELECT `id` FROM `accounts` WHERE `name` = '19' LIMIT 1 - MYSQL ERROR: (0)

how can i fix this?

Delete

DELETE FROM `accounts` WHERE `name` = '19'

This isnt work becouse this bug have another accounts oft
