Lol there is no npc Morgan at "Peg Leg" Area, atleast he is not in his house whats wrong?

There is nothing that is named "peg leg area"! The area that you are talking about is Meriana.

Just as they told you above, to turn in the sword addon for Warrior you will have to visit Trisha (located by the north gate in Carlin) instead of Morgan. If you want the Knight sword you will have to visit Gregor (located in Knight's Guild in Thais) instead of Morgan. Understood?
