I've found empty house,,,I got enough money..i stand by door and say !buyhouse but i cant buy it! house is north-west of thais :S

read the forums or the update teasers on the site once. and you'll see that you can't buy nor sell a house now because a new system will be implented where you can buy a house on the site. therefor all owners will lose their houses to get a fair change of getting a new house.

intead of posting on the forum imidiatly take 5 mins time to find the problem yourself next time please
