Spell Bugged UH and healing spells!

Hey there, im working with my server and when i today started it to test and search for bugs i saw that my uh heals 2.4k on a lvl 20 druid with mlvl 4. Even all exuras and exana spells are bugged for example lvl 30 knight mlvl 4 exura heals 1-20 and exana mort 30-100.

BUMP now they heal like 10-90 with uh and spells plx make them balanced and fix runes
