Hope I don't break any rules the first thing I do on the forum now.. Just a general question about buying an account.


As long as the old owner got his/her profile on the account it's always possible to re-take the account even if he/she ain't got recoverkey/email/password?

If anwser is yes: What if the new owner has changed the profile, Can cipsoft delete that account then?

he cant recovery the account if he dont have the rec/email/pass
but im pretty sure he can get the account banned. sending email to cip etc...
 
Is the adress is still on his name can he always buy a new rkey and use it to get the account back.

and Cipsoft can but won't delete any accounts because the name is changed.
