Compiling Buying houses ingame!

Hello guys maybe an really stupit question haha!
But I'm using server: cryingdamson6-gui.

And I have set my houses.. set exit etc..
but how to I buy it ingame??

!buyhouse is not working:O

can anybody explain me if I doing something wrong or how players can buy that house? hahha

Jup hehe I didn't saw alana res... I didn't played tibia for long time I toughed it was still !buyhouse
