Compiling Can Any one help me with Black Skull?

So Can Somebody Teach Me How To Set Black Skull on Mine Server? Its Would By Very Usefull For me i will Rep+++ Thx

dailyFragsToRedSkull = 3
weeklyFragsToRedSkull = 10
monthlyFragsToRedSkull = 30

daily frags to red skull = 3, if you make 3 frags you will get red skull.
if you double this amount, which means you make 6 unjust, you will get black skull.

blackSkullLength = 3 * 24 * 60 * 60

thats how long you will have blackskull. example above is 3days

redSkullLength = 2 * 24 * 60 * 60

thats when redskull will be removed. example above is 2 days.

i might have wrong xD but thats how i see it
