Can Anybody Help me get a server online?

i used to run an ot years ago i've been trying to get one online again for about a week now, im running into alot of issues when it comes to getting a character created etc, and the website im useing this tutorial

can anyone help me just get one online and running? i'll pay for the time and help and it'd be much appricated im doing this for fun and would just like to run my own server.
