Windows Can Not Come In On Ot Server...

Hello I cant come in to the ot server i have playd 13 months on. When i paste the ip in multi ip changer and try to logg in it stands Wrong account number ot password. And i have try evry thing plxx help me

Your account coudl be deleted, Your firewall may block port 7171 or Tibia, try other OTS, maybe you updated to 8.4 etc.. ?

yeah i have updated my ip changer but i have try so many servers.
