can not connect to servers using no-ip.info

as the title says i cant connect to servers who are using no-ip.info as a ip idk y if i use there ip i can login fine but if i use the no-ip within like the first 5 minutes the server is online it will let me connect after that it will not let me.

is there a solution to this? please help :/
