Canary 3.1.2 (13.21) + RME 4.0 (otservbr tools) - Unknown otbm version, engine doesn't start

Hello i have problem with newest RME 4.0, after editing my Canary 3.1.2 map and saving, my engine says "unsuported otbm version" and shuts down. With rme 13x this problem is gone.
