Windows Cannot Establish Connection To SQL Database

Hello, my server (Mystic Spirit 8.54-8.57) cannot seem to get a connection to the sql database, but my Crying Damson 8.54 can.
Whats the problem?
I recently upgraded my lib files if that matters.

Check your config to make sure you have the correct username/password and database name for it to connect to.

I fixed, apparently, I was using a wrong config.
