Cannot seem to find a real map anywhere.

You can't. They're all outdated and need a lot of retracking in order to be considered an "8.60 real map".

You can't find a 8.6X-compatible TFS distro as a non-donator, either.
Unfortunately you'll have to start with a 8.5X realmap distribution.
