Cant access tibia/email websites =S

Well when I try to go to either
gmail.com
or tibia.com
It shows me a website saying "It works!" and nothing else.
I get this when I go Tibia - Free Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game - Library

Not Found

The requested URL /library/ was not found on this server.

I had an ot server long time ago and since then I have this error =S

No, it was working fine before, and it cant be the firewall/browser.

I found a guy that has the same problem in pl board:

and I don't have "hosts" folder in "WINDOWS" folder. Dno if google translate did it correct xD

want to see possibilities or be ignorant?
you can by mistake have blocked tibia.com or your firewall.. doesn't take much.

and if you DON'T know. then don't say it can't possible be something that you least expect. if you do that you risk never find the problem.

Ofc I want to see possibilities. I checked my firewall, it's not blocking it. Or maybe I'm looking from wrong place? (rotor webpage)
Also where in firefox do I check if its blocking a website?

Edit: I can visit tibia.com on a laptop with same IP.
