Linux Cant Acess Hosting

Today I was bored and tried to ping my friend, saw some commands on youtube and they was :
sudo apt-get install hping3
then I pinged my friend ip adress and in that moment my server/website/putty/winscp get stucked
My server isnt working, same like website, if I try to connect via putty I cant, even I cant connect via Winscp, I thought thats problem of spigu meltdown and spectre, but then on spigu support team they told me they havent got any issue, my server is offline for already 10h and I really need it up.

Can you ask your provider to reboot your machine, since you've lost complete access? There should be such functionality in your provider CP too, though.

Also, sending a ping to any machine should not require any additional software, since it actually a pretty basic concept used all over networking.
