Can't connect to MySQL database.

after a reboot on server this mensage appers when i tries to acess website, same on localhost 127.0.0.1 and global ip.

anyone know how i can fix this problem??

Check if ports are free: skype may not run.
Also check if Apache and MySQL services are running.
What are you running?

its the second time that its heapen in first msn was bloking My SQL but now i cant find the problem the services are OK

Check MySQL password for UniServer, it troubles me sometimes.
