Windows Cant connect to the server

Hi, i need some help to solve a problem. I cant connect to my ot when using the real ip, but when i use 127.0.0.1 it works.
Now, the problem isnt ports, because ive opened 7171, 7172, 80 and even tried with opening 3306 and checked if they were opened and they were.
Anyone ever had this problem if it wasnt the ports? Rep++ for the one that can give me some tips

its your server so u cant use the real ip. but every one else can do that its are like that for me. give me your servers ip and i can try rep++ xD

dont think the acc maker works. but if it says put in a password then its prolly working
