Can't connect

I've been hosting a ot for about 2 weeks~.
But when I restarted it today, I can't really connect
I can go to character list but not further.

When I enter the char it says "Connecting to the game world. Please wait."
And after a wile waiting I get "Can't connect to the game world ~"

Help!
