Can't do talkactions /a

Hello i have prbl. if i traying do /a in console you can see it and actions don't work

I copy old file from tfs and isn't work mayby it's not problem or another file couse after some changes it work's but i dont changes talkactions i have tfs 0.4.0_dev dont ask why Have next profil but ban

Help me pls!
