I cant logg in on Softcores otland. I dont know why but all other ots works. So gm please respawn as quickly as you can

Me and my bro are playing tibia with same ip and maybe one of the gms have done something. I'm not saying that you have. When he trys to conect to softcroes there wont even come up the little box "Please enter you account number"
The Ip is 100% right.
Please respawn as fast as you can Gms
