Can't find admin login on my ot

Hello, I just downloaded a 9.61 OT from here, called 'Mystic Spirit', everything works, except for that I can't find the admin login, or the account name and password for the admin, and I am pretty new on this, so I don't know how to make a new account with an gamemaster on.
Can anyone please help me?
