it keeps telliing me and my rls taht we cant get on the account shit is wrong it says but yet we can still log on site could u get this going? This is your People Nation...

Have you tried to make sure that they changed the IP before connecting? Because I know if you don't do that then it causes that error. Have the hoster try and connect locally and see if that works. Another possibility is that the characters are not being created on the site. So, upon login you are unsuccessful. To rule this out check your database (if XML account/player folder) and see if the created account(s)/character(s) are there. If they are then rule this out. Make sure that your 7171 port is open. I heard for some people opening port 8000 (part of the login process?) helped the connection to the server itself. Do some trial and error and see what happens. Post here if you fixed or came across new problems. A bunch of stuff I didn't explain but, try that out.
