Cant Import Mysql database

Using a Good TFS 0.4 this is for a 8.7 Server

Any reasons why i cant import my database when i try it shows like 10000 letters and numbers

WOW Im a NOOOOBIE Thanks lol ive done it before i must of forgotten somehow >.<

Also New Error:
FATAL: OTBM Loader - Could not open the file data/world/forgotten

But the maps name is Forgotten could it be becuase i havent updated the RME or anything?
